Paul Bunyan Head Mold – Lumberjack Face, Beard & Cap

The old lumberjack in three-quarter profile, cap pulled low and ridged across the crown, brows drawn down hard over a squinting eye, and a moustache and beard carved as thick overlapping waves that fill the whole lower half of the face. There is real depth in it. Those beard channels are deep and narrow, so work the first of the pour down into them with a brush before you fill — then a thinned brown wash rubbed back off the high points brings the carving right up.
