Flexed Arm Muscle Mold – bicep and clenched fist

An arm flexed hard: elbow at the bottom, the bicep rounded up into a clear peak and the forearm rising to a tight fist with the knuckles picked out. It is sculpted in the round rather than cut flat, so there is real depth to it. The white cast shows the muscle shading nicely, and the thumb and knuckles sit highest — those are the first spots to check if a pour comes out short.
