Floral Seashell Mold – Fan Shell with Blooms, Beach

A ribbed fan shell opens across the right of this mold while a spray of blooms — a full peony, a small daisy and slim leaves — spills over the lower left, so the two halves read as one piece. The sample is a plain white cast, which shows how sharply the shell ribs and petal edges come out; a soft wash of colour pooled down the ribs would bring the fan forward.
