A small heap of crinkle-cut chips, each one ridged along its length and curling at the edges, tumbled over each other with one broad flat chip lying across the top. The ridges are fine and sit close together, so brush a thin first coat into them before the full pour or they fill in and the stack casts as one solid lump.
