Salami Slice Mold – Cured Meat Round, Deli Charcuterie

One thick round of cured sausage, cut clean, with fat flecks scattered irregularly right across the face and enough depth in the disc to read as a real slice rather than a coin. It is a single cavity — whether it comes out looking like salami, pepperoni or bologna is down to the colour you pour it in. The flecks are tiny and shallow, so a light dry-brush of pale colour over them after demolding is what sells it.
