Fruit Tart Mold – Dessert Bakery Soap & Wax Decor

A round tart with a deeply crimped pastry wall running all the way round, and the top heaped with fruit — halved strawberries, whole round berries and thick sliced rounds piled on top of each other rather than laid flat. All that crimping means a lot of small undercuts, so silicone lets go of this one far more happily than the rigid plastic does. Pictured cast is a plain pastry cream at 4in, which is already most of the way to looking edible.
